Alarm clock with pomodoro
A minimalist smart alarm clock built using an Arduino and an E-Ink display, designed to improve focus and productivity. The clock combines standard alarm functionality with a built-in Pomodoro timer, allowing users to alternate between focused work sessions and scheduled breaks. The low-power E-Ink display provides excellent readability and remains visible even without constant power, making it ideal for an always-on desk companion. Additional features can include customizable work/break durations, buzzer or vibration alerts, physical control buttons, battery backup, and optional RTC (Real-Time Clock) support for accurate timekeeping. This project demonstrates embedded systems programming, power-efficient display technology, and practical productivity-focused hardware design.
